INTEGRITY AG Systems can design manure management/treatment systems that separate the nutrients from the primary waste-stream. Each system is tailored to meet the current Nutrient Management Plan (NMP) goals at the least expense. If the goals change later, every INTEGRITY System can be incrementally enhanced to meet the new demands. It is a cost effective, building block approach.

INTEGRITY Ag System offers a number of approaches ranging in effectiveness from simple separation/clarification/aeration schemes to the fully automated INTEGRITY Advanced Chemical Treatment System (tales you to photos of the ACTS in the equipment section). Simple, inexpensive systems can reduce the nutrient loading in the primary waste stream by 20% if that's all that is needed to meet the requirements of the NMP. Or, perhaps, a 40% reduction is required to manage the existing herd on the existing land base. Or, in cases of many cows and little land, we offer systems to remove up to 98% of the Phosphorous from the waste-stream.
