Chambersburg, PA - April 15th, 2003 The INTEGRITY Manure Separator, Model AQ-2000D, combines both static screen and roller-press technologies for removal of solids. The separation process is contained totally within the machine beneath clam-shell-style hinged covers that open to permit complete access. This eliminates splashing and mess while allowing unfettered inspection and process observation. The INTEGRITY Separator is constructed entirely of heavy stainless steel and uses lubrication free bearings and rollers.

According to company spokesman, Brad Whitsel, "Before undertaking design of the INTEGRITY Separator, we listened to many producers frustrated with the high cost of separator maintenance and, in many cases, the need for frequent cleaning. We then designed accordingly using components that don't easily break, wear and rust. We incorporated new materials and technologies. We also added a self-cleaning feature."

The company claims that, not counting the electricity consumed by the 1.5 HP motor, annual operating costs are typically less than $150.00 for brushes and the spray lube for the drive chain.

The INTEGRITY Separator works with flush or scrape systems and has easily interchangeable screens affording a wide range of separation efficiencies.
