The INTEGRITY PulseJet is a patented irrigation device that delivers manure to the field at a precisely controlled rate using only a very low HP pump located at the lagoon. The PulseJet "shoots" a 30 gallon "pulse" of manure liquid approximately 200 feet. Its firing nozzle indexes a few degrees around in a circle with each pulse. The rate of delivery is easily adjustable from 10,000 GPD to over 100,000 GPD. The coverage area is a 400' diameter circle - over 2.5 acres. Because this is a very large wetted area, the soil can absorb the liquid with less chance of run-off or run-through. The Static PulseJet may be relocated everyday or several times per day depending on soil conditions. It is easily moved while in operation with a small ATV. The Traveling PulseJet is water-powered and returns to its starting point at a pre-determined rate of speed and then shuts itself off automatically. It's hose-reel carries 1,000 feet of hose. There are more than 650 PulseJets operating worldwide.
