The INTEGRITY EMG Anaerobic Digester is a world-class state-of-the-art above ground biological reactor using suspended media technology. The in-vessel retention time for optimum gas production is approximately 7 hours compared to the normal 21 days for covered pit systems (70 times faster!). This enables it to be dramatically smaller and significantly less expensive than traditional digesters. The INTEGRITY EMG Digester is designed specifically for smaller dairies and can be sized to accommodate from 400 cows to 2,000 cows.
